Test & Inspection
All our manufacturing processes are subject to first off, batch and final quality inspection in accordance with IPC-A-610, result are recorded within our documentation procedures and used to identify possible improvements.
We are also able to offer test services using a broad range of calibrated test equipment to verify specifications, meeting both safety and functional requirements.
Test procedures can be developed to ensure that all areas of the product are verified, thereby giving confidence in the final assembly, and reducing overall labour in the manufacturing process.
If required, special test leads and jigs can be produced to reduce test setup time, and ensure consistent test results.
